The TOP 18&UNDER INSTRUMENTALIST is for a billed solo instrumentalist playing original material or for an accompanying instrumentalist that performs on original songs with original acts. The Nominee must have been 18 or under at some point within the eligibility period. Original material released (CD/Online/Digital) within the eligibility period is also a major consideration.
